DIY {air plant terrarium}

After visiting my favorite craft festival last weekend, I filled up on an abundant amount of inspiration for upcoming projects of my very own. While strolling the rows of endless handmade goods, I developed a fondness for these little funny looking plants. Mostly because they require minimal amount of care and I don't have an ounce of a green thumb.

Our little apartment has been in need of some greenery, but it was about finding the right kind for our place and something that our little furry friend, Jax wouldn't destroy. Enter these awesome hanging bubbles from Shane Powers for west elm. I can hang them in the corner of a very plain space and instantly add some zing! I can't wait!

  1. I love these! I was in a garden centre a few weeks back looking for plants for my first terrarium when I came across air plants for the first time. I had no idea what they were but now I wish I had picked up a few - they're so cute and low maintenance. These are so pretty!
