It's not a secret that I have a tremendous love for all things French, and their sweets are no different. French macaroons have completely won my heart and I can't stop, more like won't stop raving about them after I visited the best sweet shop this past weekend.
There's something I just love about the texture of the cookies and the lightly filled centers that immediately melt in your mouth. Taking on the task of making these delicate morsels is a whole other story, although that has never scared me before... homemade french macaroons here I come.
